QUALITY: Every bottle of eLiquid we produce is crafted with the same care to detail that we would employ if we were going to vape that liquid ourselves, or give it to our own mother, or share it with our best friend etc. All liquids are manufactured in an American Eliquid Manufacturing Standards Association (AEMSA) equivalent lab.
CONSISTANCY: We document every drop. Our recipes are developed with a specific taste in mind. There is nothing more frustrating that finding a liquid you love, but finding out the vendor is so sloppy that they can't reproduce it.
WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE: We will not compromise our "Midwest Values." We commit to strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the eLiquid, give us a shout and we will work within reason to make it right.
TIMELY SHIPPING: Our capacity is limited. If for any reason demand exceeds our capacity, we will temporarily close the store to ensure that YOUR order gets shipped in a timely manner. Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis.
